No, Fasa Processed Cheese Packaging and Cartoning machine is just for processed and cream cheese packing into aluminum foil and carton box. This machine can’t pack hard cheese.

No, you do not need to fold boxes by yourself. You just need to stack pre-cut cardboard blanks to a right place, and our packaging and cartooning machine will take and fold boxes by itself.

All boxes will be glued automatically in the end of the packaging process. Together with a machine you will get hot glue system “Robatech” which will glue boxes with your chosen gluing type.

No, Fasa does not sell pre-cut cardboard blank for this machine or any other packaging material. But we can give you some recommendations about where you can buy packaging material that is suitable for Fasa equipment.

We recommend you to choose the ones that have easy opening (tearing) system. For more specific information you can contact our sales team.

The maximum capacity of Processed Cheese packaging and Cartoning machine AR6U is up to 30 packs/min.

If you are changing just weight it is easy to shift between portion weight by changing the height of brick, height is adjustable by handle, the adjustment points are marked with a ruler. We would like to highlight that on this machine changing weight is very limited.
