Processed cheese filling and wrapping machine is ARU an automatic packaging machine for foiling of processed and cream cheese with aluminum foil with or without easy opening system and labeling.

Tear strip applicator
Optional tear strip applicator ARU-10 can be attached to the new or used FASA ARU. Process of integrating the easy opening tear strip goes at the beginning of the briquette forming sequence. It is done by cutting-of tear tape film from two rolls and heat-sealing shaped stripes to the aluminum foil creating a user-friendly easy opening solution.
Labelling device
There are two types of paper label: one side label (placed on top of the package) and three-sided label (covers three sides of the package). Paper label is pre-printed with full information about a product. Both types of paper label is glued on a foil package.
Centering device with photocell
Photo eye for centering of the label is available. It reads a photo mark on the packaging material and cuts it accordingly so that the label is centered.

Can we pack with this machine any other type of cheese, for example hard cheese, mozzarella, etc.?
No, Fasa Processed Cheese Filling and Wrapping machine is just for processed and cream cheese packing. This machine can’t pack hard cheese, mozzarella, etc.
Can we pack with this machine processed cheese slices?
No, Fasa Processed Cheese Filling and Wrapping machine can’t pack to slices. This machine is just for processed and cream cheese packing to bricks, blocks and cubes.
What is the maximum capacity of this machine?
The maximum capacity of Butter Filling and Wrapping machine ARU is up to 50 packs/min.
Can we easily change package weight on this machine? Do I need to change any part for that?
If you are changing just weight it is easy to shift between portion weight by changing the height of brick, height is adjustable by handle, the adjustment points are marked with a ruler. We would like to highlight that on this machine the weight can be changed only up to 20g.
Can we easily change package format on this machine? Do I need to change any part for that?
If you want to change to a completely different format, you will need to change some parts. If you are thinking about changing format you should consult with our service department about what kind of parts and work have to be done.
Can we use foil with a design?
Yes, you can. Fasa Filling and Wrapping machine is using photocell centering device that packaging material would be cut evenly for each pack.
Can we easily integrate this machine to my already using processing line?
The Filling and Wrapping machine is a compact and can easily be integrated to processing and packaging line.
What are the possibilities for equipment shipment?
These are to be agreed – it varies up to the Customer’s needs according to Incoterms 2020. It can be shipped by sea, air or roads. It can be delivered to the convenient Port for customer (CIF) or prepared to pick up from FASA warehouse (EXW). Variety of choices to be agreed.
Do you provide warranty and after sale service for this equipment?
We provide a warranty for all equipment we manufacture. To ensure reliable and long-term operation, we carry out the installation and commissioning of our equipment. Commissioning begins once the equipment has arrived at the customer’s facility and the site is ready for installation. During this process, our technicians train the customer’s staff in proper operation and maintenance of the machines. In the event of equipment failure, we supply the required spare parts and provide after-sales service.
Do you provide spare parts?
We supply a set of spare parts sufficient for one year of operation and offer the option to purchase a spare parts set for two years. The standard spare parts set includes sealing rings, gaskets, bearings, springs, and similar components. This allows customers to replace parts quickly and easily. Any additional spare parts can be supplied by FASA as required. We also offer upgrades and improvements for previously manufactured machines. As FASA machines are developed by our in-house R&D team, after you give us an ID of your machine, we are able to provide customers with additional options and technical upgrades.
